益肾补骨汤对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者术后疼痛及骨折恢复的影响

Effect of Yishen Bugu Decoction on postoperative pain and fracture recovery of patient with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture

目的分析益肾补骨汤对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者术后的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2019年3月~2020年3月聊城市茌平区人民医院收治的54例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者的临床资料作为本次研究的主体,根据治疗药物的不同将患者分为两组,对照组(27例)使用常规药物治疗,观察组(27例)使用常规药物联合益肾补骨汤治疗,对两种治疗方式的应用效果进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上下部后凸角度及骨密度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组差异不显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者手术治疗后服用益肾补骨汤进行治疗,能够显著减轻患者术后疼痛的症状,促进骨折的治愈,值得临床使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yishenbugu decoction on the postoperative treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis from March 2019 to March 2020 our hospital during the period of 54 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures of the clinical data as the subjects of this study,according to different treatments of the 54 patients were divided into two groups,control group(27 cases)using conventional drug therapy,observation group(27 cases)using conventional drugs+benefit renal bone soup,analyzes the application effect of two kinds of treatments.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group after treatment was less than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The Angle of kyphosis and bone mineral density of the upper and lower parts of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures,taking Yishen Psoru decoction after surgical treatment can significantly reduce postoperative pain symptoms and promote the fracture healing,which is worthy of clinical use.
