摘要
目的:分析ICU危重患者肠内营养喂养障碍的影响因素,为临床护理实践提供理论依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取安徽省芜湖市3所综合性医院的ICU护士120名,通过问卷星填写中文版危重患者肠内营养喂养阻碍量表,采用单因素分析及多元逐步回归分析肠内营养喂养障碍的影响因素。结果:单因素分析及多元逐步回归分析结果显示:医院等级、护士职称、工作年限、是否为营养学组护士、接受肠内营养培训次数与ICU危重患者肠内营养喂养障碍有关(P<0.05)。结论:ICU危重患者肠内营养喂养障碍处于中等水平,缺乏营养专家指导、缺乏充足的人力资源以及护理人员对营养支持的态度消极是导致患者肠内营养喂养障碍的原因,医院等级、护士职称、工作年限,以及护士有关肠内营养知识水平对ICU危重患者肠内营养喂养障碍有一定影响。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of barriers to enteral nutrition feeding in critically ill patients,and to provide guide for nursing practice.Methods:Convenient sampling method was used to select a total of 120 ICU nurses from three general hospitals in Wuhu,Anhui Province,and the Chinese version of enteral nutrition feeding barriers scale for critical patients was filled in by the Questionnaire Star.The influencing factors of barriers to enteral nutrition feeding were analyzed by univariable analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Result:The results of univarable analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that hospital grade,job title,years of work,whether to be a nutrition support specialist nurse,and the number of enteral nutrition trainings were related to barriers to enteral nutrition feeding(P<0.05).Conclusions:Barriers to enteral nutrition feeding of ICU patients are at a moderate level and are influenced by multiple aspects.Lack of nutrition expert guidance,lack of sufficient human resources,and negative attitudes of nurses to nutritional support are the reasons for barriers to enteral nutrition feeding in critically ill patients.Hospital grade,job title of the nurse,years of work,and knowledge about enteral nutrition of the nurse have a certain impact on barriers to enteral nutrition feeding in critically ill patients.
