摘要
针对汽车控制臂后衬套在疲劳路试中出现开裂问题,通过从设计规范、零部件试验及供应商制造工艺,到运输、储存,再到主机厂装配、整车道路试验、路况载荷采集和分析等所有环节进行排查,找到了根本原因是整车实际路试场地的疲劳损伤比理论试验道路谱损伤大,衬套受到大载荷的影响从而使衬套提前出现疲劳开裂问题。然后对衬套进行设计优化,进行相应的设计验证,最终提升了衬套的疲劳性能。整个过程对衬套的设计开发工作有一定的指导意义。
The FLCA rear bushing studied in this paper happened crack in vehicle level.This paper analysis the crack issue from the design specification,component testing,supplier manufacturing process,the transportation,storage,and then to the assembly,vehicle road test,the collection and analysis of RLD.Finally found the root cause is the vehicle of the fatigue damage of the actual RLD is more hihger than the theoretical RLD damage.The bushing fatigue crack issue happened due to the more high damage RLD.Then optimized the design and do the design verification,finally improved this bush durability performance.The whole process has certain guiding significance for the design and development of bushing.
