摘要
研究针对某乘用车副车架在路试中发生的开裂现象,运用相干性分析、PSD谱及仿真疲劳量化分析等手段,确定失效点损伤主贡献方向、频段等,并在虚拟台架上模拟加载多种试验方案,计算出各种试验方案对失效点造成的损伤值,与所有载荷同时加载造成的总损伤作对比,确定最终台架方案;同时为提高试验验证效率,采用峰谷值抽取法,对载荷谱进行加速编辑。最终达到了预期试验效果。
The research is aimed at the cracking phenomenon of the sub-frame,which happened in the road test.The coherence analysis,PSD spectrum and simulated fatigue quantitative analysis are used to determine the main contribution direction,frequency band of the failure point’s damage.By loading various test schemes on the virtual rig,calculate the damage value of the various test schemes on the failure point,and then compare with the total damage caused by all loads,finally determine the testing program.In order to improving the efficiency of test verification,the peak-valley extraction method was used to editing load spectrum first time.Finally,the expected test results are achieved.
