食管闭锁伴食管气管瘘误诊肺炎1例

A Case of Esophageal Atresia with Esophagotracheal Fistula Misdiagnosed as Pneumonia

食管闭锁伴食管气管瘘发生率低,临床上少见。本文回顾性分析2020年收治的新生儿食管闭锁伴食管气管瘘1例,总结该患儿从出生到入院期间的症状体征变化情况、检查结果、治疗经过及确诊后的处理等。经临床观察后发现食管闭锁与食管气管瘘病症的早期症状与肺炎相似,临床医生需早期作出鉴别,避免误诊及延误治疗。

The incidence of esophageal atresia and esophagotracheal fistula is low,and it is rare in clinical practice.This article retrospectively analyzes a case of neonatal esophageal atresia and esophagotracheal fistula in a newborn admitted in 2020,and summarizes the changes in symptoms and signs,the examination results,the therapy process and the treatment after diagnosis of the child from birth to hospital admission.After clinical observation,it is found that the early symptoms of esophageal atresia and esophagotracheal fistula are similar to those of pneumonia.Therefore,clinicians need to make early identification to avoid misdiagnosis and delay in treatment.
