快速多模式MR检查对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者的应用价值

Application Value of Rapid Multi-mode MR Examination in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke(AIS)

目的探讨快速多模式MR检查对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者的应用价值。方法选取100例AIS患者均接受序列相同参数不同的多模式MR检查,比较两组SNR、图像质量评分。结果两组SS-EPI T2WI、T2·GRE、DWI、3D TOF MRA SNR评分,除T2·GRE组间具统计学意义(P<0.05),其他均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组扫描时间短于B组(P<0.05),两组图像质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速多模式MR检查应用于AIS患者中能有效改善T2·GRE SNR评分,提高图像质量,缩短扫描时间。

Objective To explore the application value of rapid multi-mode MR examination in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 100 AIS patients were selected as the research objects.All patients received multimodal MR examinations with the same sequence and different parameters.The SNR and image quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SS-EPI T2WI,DWI,3D TOF MRA SNR scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the T2·GRE of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Besides,the scanning time of group A was shorter than that of group B(P<0.05)and there were statistically significant differences in the image quality between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fast multi-mode MR examination in AIS patients can effectively enhance T2·GRE SNR score,improve image quality,and shorten scanning time.
