摘要
该研究通过帕累托图法、鱼骨图等手段分析了影响高频电刀使用的核心项,运用戴明循环进行目标确定、执行、完善及再提高。通过评价历史数据发现,功率误差大、脚踏接触不良、参数设置不正确、控制面板无反应等4项为影响设备安全运行的主要问题,可通过对规章制度、人员、主机、消耗品4个方面来改进和完善。
In this study,Pareto Diagram,fishbone diagram and other means were used to analyze the core items affecting the use of high-frequency electrotome,and Deming cycle was used to determine,implement,optimize and improve the target.Through the evaluation of historical data,it is found that 4 items such as large power error,poor pedal contact,incorrect parameter setting,and no response on the control panel are the main problems affecting the safe operation of the equipment.These phenomena can be summarized into four aspects:rules and regulations,personnel,mainframe,and consumables,which can be improved and optimized according to the above aspects.
