台湾与威海两地茶业发展情况分析及启示

Comparison and analysis of tea industry development in Taiwan and Weihai

台湾与威海都位于东经122°附近,分属中国茶树露天栽培的南北两端。两地都有优越的地理条件和生产优质茶的生态优势,地形均以丘陵山地为主,气候受海洋调节作用明显;对两地的茶叶生产,加工技术、茶叶品类、品牌特点情况和茶产业发展异同点进行分析;提出加强交流互鉴,促进茶产业高质量发展的意见建议;随着南茶北引,中国露天规模化茶树栽培的东端已扩展到山东省威海荣成的东部海岸东经122°41′。

Both Taiwan and Weihai are located near 122°east longitude,belong to the north and south ends of tea tree cultivation in China.Both places all have excellent geographical conditions and the ecological advantages of producing high-quality tea products.The terrain are mainly hills and mountains,surrounded by the sea on three sides or all sides,and the climate are influenced strongly by the ocean.However,the tea production and processing technology,tea category,brand characteristics of the two places are different.The tea production of the two places and the different development of the tea industry were analyzed.Suggestions on strengthening exchanges and mutual learning and promoting the high-quality development of the tea industry were put forward.According to the geographical longitude and the development of tea cultivation industry in Taiwan and Weihai,the east end of open-scale tea tree cultivation in China should be the east coast of Weihai Rongcheng,Shandong Province,122°41′east longitude.
