摘要
铁路建筑超限是影响铁路安全运行的重要因素之一,现有的检测技术仍然以人工使用站台尺、轨距尺等简易装置进行检测为主。为提高检测效率,文章利用线激光立体相机获取被测建筑物的表面轮廓,从中提取限界点的空间坐标信息,结合STM32单片机采集的轨距、超高等基本参数进行运算处理,从而得出建筑物的限界值。实验表明:该方式测量出来的限界值精度高、一致性好,综合检测效率较人工提高98%以上。
The over-limit of railway constructions is one of the important factors affecting the safe railway operation.The existing detection technology is still based on manual detection with simple devices such as the platform ruler and gauge ruler.In order to improve the detection efficiency,the line laser stereo camera is used to obtain the surface contour of the measured building from which the spatial coordinate information of the boundary points is extracted,and then combined with the basic parameters such as the gauge,over-height,etc.collected by the STM32 microcontroller,the operation processing is carried out so as to obtain the boundary value of the building.The experimental results show that this method is of high precision and good consistency,and its comprehensive detection efficiency is more than 98%higher than that of manual measurement.
