新时代高校教师师德师风建设的现实困境与应对举措

Realistic Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Construction of Teachers’Ethics and Demeanor in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

国之大计,教育为本;兴教之源,教师为本。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视师德师风建设,师德师风成为评价教师队伍素质的第一标准。国内各个高校积极落实国家教育部门的政策,依照相关指示和要求开展师德师风建设,已取得一定效果,但仍存在师德体系机制不完善、培训不健全、教师缺乏提升师德师风的自觉性等问题。为此,高校需完善师德师风制度体系建设,完善对教师的教育和培训,帮助教师对师德师风形成正确认知,并引导教师形成提升自身师德师风的自觉性,促进高校师德师风建设的高效开展。

Education is the foundation of our country’s overall plan,and the source of developing education is the teacher.Since the 18th Party’s Congress,the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the construction of teachers’ ethics and demeanor which has become the first criterion for evaluating the quality of teachers.Domestic colleges and universities actively implement the policies of the national education department,carrying out the construction in accordance with the relevant instructions and requirements,and have had certain achievements.However,there are still some problems,such as the imperfect mechanism of teachers’ ethics system,imperfect training,teachers’ lack of self-promoting consciousness and so on.Therefore,colleges and universities need to improve the system construction of teachers’ ethics and demeanor,as well as the training and education of teachers so as to help teachers form a correct understanding of teachers’ ethics and demeanor and guide them to form the self-consciousness of improving their own ethics and demeanor,thus promoting the efficient development of the overall construction of teachers’ ethics and demeanor in colleges and universities.
