摘要
首先分析了疫情防控常态化下北京地区医院就诊流程的变化和管理措施;再次,通过观察法和问卷调查法,分析了未能满足患者需求的空间问题;最后针对入口检测区、自助服务区、门诊大厅和候诊区四个重要空间,分别从规划布局、功能分区、流线组织、空间层次、家具设置等方面提出了具体的门诊空间优化策略。研究结果对疫情防控常态化下的大型医院门诊空间设计和改造有借鉴意义。
This paper first analyzes the changes and management measures of the current treatment process of hospitals in Beijing under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.Secondly,by means of observation and questionnaire survey,it analyzes the space problem that can not meet the needs of patients.Finally,according to the four important spaces of entrance detection area,self-service area,outpatient hall and waiting area,specific outpatient space optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of planning layout,functional zoning,streamline organization,space level and furniture setting.The results can be used for reference in the design and transformation of outpatient space in large hospitals under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
