摘要
以北京友谊医院为例,运用AnyLogic软件确定候诊高峰时门诊候诊空间的人数;针对存在的问题,对门诊候诊空间进行优化。首先,通过实地调研采集候诊空间相关数据并梳理现状及问题;其次,依据患者就诊流程建立候诊模型并设置相关参数,测算候诊高峰在厅人数;最后,依据量化结果,提出候诊空间的优化策略,并再次仿真,对比优化前后的过程图、密度图验证策略有效性。
In this study,taking Beijing Friendship Hospital as an example,AnyLogic is used to determine the number of people in the waiting room at the peak.Based on existing problem,the waiting space in the outpatient department is optimized according to the current situation.Firstly,through field investigation,collect the relevant data of waiting space and sort out the current problems;Secondly,according to the patient's treatment process,the waiting model is established and related parameters are set to calculate the number of people in the waiting hall;Finally,according to the quantitative results,the optimization strategy of waiting space is put forward,and the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by comparing the process diagram and density diagram before and after optimization.
