阴道分泌物常规检查联合六联检测系统在阴道炎诊断中的临床价值分析

Clinical Analysis of Routine Examination of Vaginal Secretions Combined with 6 Detection Systems in Wginitis

目的分析阴道分泌物常规检查联合六联检测系统在阴道炎中的临床应用价值。方法选取200例阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组100例。对照组进行阴道分泌物常规检查,试验组进行阴道分泌物常规联合六联检测系统检查。以病理检验作为诊断金标准,对比两组检验阳性率、不同病原菌检出率。结果试验组检查阳性率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组细菌性阴道病(BV)、需氧菌性阴道炎(AV)、混合感染检出率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组滴虫、念珠菌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在阴道分泌物常规检查的基础上联合使用六联检测系统对阴道炎的诊断准确率提高。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of routine examination of vaginal secretions combined with six-unit detection system in vaginitis.Methods Selected 200 patients with vaginitis and divide them into test group and control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine examinations of vaginal secretions,and the test group underwent routine examinations of vaginal secretions combined with the six-unit detection system.Used pathological examination as the diagnostic gold standard to compare the positive rate of the two groups and the detection rate of different pathogens.Results The positive rate of the test group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The detection rates of bacterial vaginosis(BV),aerobic vaginitis(AV)and mixed infection in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the detection rates of trichomonas and Candida between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vaginitis is based on the routine examination of vaginal secretions,and the accuracy of the combined use of the six-part detection system is improved.
