会阴无创接生联合心理干预对初产妇产程、会阴及分娩结局的影响

The Effect of Perineum Non-invasive Delivery Combined with Psychological Intervention on the Labor Process,Perineum and Delivery Outcome of Primiparas

目的探讨会阴无创接生联合心理干预对初产妇产程、会阴及分娩结局的影响。方法选取180例初产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组90例。对照组给予会阴无创接生联合基础护理干预,观察组给予会阴无创接生联合心理干预。比较两组产后出血量、第二产程时间、会阴水肿率、会阴切开率、剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率。结果观察组产后出血量(149.27±53.72)m少于对照组的(246.75±56.61)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第二产程时间、新生儿窒息率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组会阴水肿率、会阴切开率、剖宫产率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论会阴无创接生联合心理干预方法可有效改善初产妇预后,降低其剖宫产率,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of perineum non-invasive delivery combined with psychological intervention on primipara's labor process,perineum and delivery outcome.Methods A total of 180 primiparas were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given perineum non-invasive delivery combined with psychological intervention.To compare the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the time of the second stage of labor,the rate of perineal edema,the rate of perineal incision,the rate of cesarean section and the rate of neonatal asphyxia.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group(149.27±53.72)ml was lower than that in the control group(246.75±56.61)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);both the time of the second stage of labor and the rate of neonatal asphyxiain the observation group was compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of perineal edema,perineal incision,and cesarean section in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P><0.05).Conclusion Perineal non-invasive birth delivery combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the prognosis of primiparas and reduce the rate of cesarean section.It is worthy of popularization.
