我国体育社会组织的发展历程及特征

Development History and Characteristics of China’s Sports Social Organizations

运用文献资料、历史分析等研究方法,对我国体育社会组织发展历程进行梳理,并对各发展阶段管理体制、存在类型及成员构成等方面的主要特征进行分析。结论:1)我国体育社会组织发展阶段可划分为创建期、速增期、规制期和稳增期;2)我国体育社会组织在管理特性上表现为由政府行政化主导和管控转向由市场机制和法治手段相互协商调节,体育社会组织的独立性、自治性由弱渐强;3)存在类型上由单一体制内生转向由多元共生;4)参与人群结构表现为由政治精英为主转向多领域精英为主,并逐步走向全民参与。

Using research methods such as literature and historical analysis,the history of the development of sports social organisations in China is sorted out and the main characteristics of the management system,types of existence and membership composition at each stage of development are analyzed.Conclusions:1)The development stages of China’s sports social organizations can be divided into the creation,rapid growth,regulation and steady growth periods.2)The management characteristics of China’s sports social organizations show a shift from administrative domination and control by the government to mutual consultation and regulation by market mechanisms and the rule of law,with the independence and autonomy of sports social organizations becoming weaker and stronger.3)The types of existence show a shift from a single institutional endogenous to a pluralistic symbiosis.4)The structure of the participating population has shifted from a predominantly political elite to a predominantly multi-disciplinary elite,and is gradually moving towards universal participation.
