乡村振兴战略背景下湖南省体育特色小镇的发展策略

Development Strategy of Sports Characteristic Towns in Hunan Province Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

目的探析乡村振兴战略全面推进下湖南省体育特色小镇在基础设施建设、体育产业结构、人才供需系统、文化品牌建设中存在的不足。方法采用文献资料法、实地调查法研究湖南省建设体育特色小镇的地理、资源和政策优势。结果与结论依托国家财政支持、筑牢体育产业核心、强化校企合作意识、盘活体育文化资源促进体育特色小镇的建设,使之全面化、多样化、一体化和品牌化,使乡村振兴战略能有效落实到体育特色小镇的建设当中,助推乡村经济高质量发展。

Objective To explore the shortcomings in the construction of infrastructure,sports industry structure,talent supply and demand system and cultural branding of sports towns in Hunan Province under the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy.Methods The geographical,resource and policy advantages of building sports characteristic towns in Hunan Province were studied using the literature method and field survey method.Results and Conclusion Relying on national financial support,building a firm core of sports industry,strengthening the awareness of school-enterprise cooperation and revitalising sports cultural resources to promote the construction of sports characteristic towns,making them comprehensive,diversified,integrated and branded,so that the rural revitalisation strategy can be effectively implemented into the construction of sports characteristic towns and boosting the high-quality development of rural economy.
