摘要
目的探讨体育锻炼、心理韧性与学业压力之间的关系及内在作用机制。方法采用体育活动等级量表、心理韧性量表、大学生压力量表对982名在校大学生进行施测。结果体育锻炼与学业压力呈显著负相关、体育锻炼与心理韧性呈显著正相关、心理韧性与学业压力呈显著负相关;体育锻炼可以直接影响大学生的学业压力,也可以通过心理韧性的间接效应对学业压力产生作用。结论心理韧性在大学生体育锻炼与学业压力之间起部分中介作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between physical exercise,mental resilience and academic stress and its internal mechanism.Methods 982 college students were measured by physical activity rating scale,resilience scale for Chinese adolescents and college student stress scale.Results There was a significant negative correlation between physical exercise and academic stress,a significant positive correlation between physical exercise and mental toughness,and a significant negative correlation between mental resilience and academic stress.Physical exercise can directly affect the academic pressure of college students,and it can also exert an effect on the academic pressure through the indirect effect of mental resilience.Conclusion Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between college students’physical exercise and academic stress.
