摘要
针对传统海上生活污水处理装置存在的操作维护工作量大、外排总量大等问题,开发了基于黑灰水分质处理的海上生活污水处理新工艺,并成功应用于渤海某平台。装置出水COD稳定在100 mg·L^(-1)以下,出水效果满足《海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值》(GB 4914-2008)标准要求,外排总量较改造前减少70%,并且能够实现长周期稳定达标,为海上生活污水处理提供了新思路。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional treatment units of domestic sewage on offshore platform,such as large workload of operation and maintenance and large amount of total discharge,we developed a new treatment process of domestic sewage on offshore platform on the basis of black ash water-separated treatment and successfully applied the process to a platform in the Bohai Sea.The effluent COD of the unit is stable below 100 mg·L^(-1),and the effluent effect meets the requirements of the standards“Effluent Limitations for Pollutant from Offshore Petroleum Exploration and Production”(GB 4914-2008).The total discharge amount is reduced by 70%compared with that before transformation,and the long-term stable standards can be achieved.The study provides a new idea for the treatment of domestic sewage on offshore platform.
