摘要
以X80管线钢为研究对象,借助拉伸、弯曲、硬度等力学性能测试评价激光-MAG复合横焊打底焊接头的力学性能。研究了光丝间距对激光-MAG复合横焊焊缝成形的影响。结果表明,光丝间距为2 mm时获得的焊缝对称性最好,复合热源耦合性能最好,熔池下淌倾向最小。X80管线钢焊接接头的拉伸、弯曲和显微硬度试验测试结果满足API 5L标准要求。
Taking X80 petroleum pipeline steel as the research object,the mechanical properties of laser-MAG hybrid transverse welded joint were evaluated by tensile test,bending test and hardness test.The influence of laser-wire spacing on the weld formation of laser-MAG hybrid transverse welding was studied.The results showed that the best weld symmetry was obtained when the difference between laser and wires was 2 mm,the coupling performance of the hybrid heat source was the best,and the downward flow tendency of the weld pool was the smallest.Results of the tensile test,bending test and microhardness test of X80 pipeline steel welded joints met the requirements of API 5L standard.
