局部放电检测法在高压变频机组绝缘检测中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 通过对直流叠加法、温度测量法、接地线电流法、局部放电检测法等几种常见的电气绝缘在线检测方法的研究和分析,阐述了各种检测方法的原理、检测方式、适用范围、优缺点。重点对局部放电检测法在高压变频机组的应用进行了实验分析。局部放电检测技术具有与检测装置无电气连接、检测灵敏度高、安装简便的优越性,可实现便携式检测,是高压变频机组绝缘检测的最佳方案。 Several on-line detection methods of electrical insulation,such as DC superposition method,distributed optical fiber temperature measurement method,grounding current method and partial discharge detection method,were studied and analyzed.The principle,detection mode,application range,advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods were introduced.The emphasis was put on the experimental analysis of the partial discharge detection method application for high voltage inverter motor unit.The partial discharge detection technology has the advantages of no electrical connection with the detection device,high detection sensitivity,simple installation and portable detection,it is the best scheme for insulation detection of high voltage inverter motor unit.
