摘要
研制了一种“双向加压”粉末压片模具。该模具在现有模具结构的基础上,增加了模筒托举弹簧、脱模螺母部件。使用该模具进行粉末压片时粉末在模筒内受到模具上下两个方向的压力。大量试验结果表明:与传统“单向加压”粉末压片方法相比,使用该模具制备的陶瓷生坯样品更加密实,烧成时陶瓷收缩小,同时解决了制坯脱模时样品剥层开裂的问题。
A new type of powder tableting mold was developed.On the basis of the existing plunger,the mold is provided with a mold cylinder supporting spring and a mold release nut component.When using this mold to perform the powder tableting operation,the powder is subjected to pressure in the mold cylinder in two directions.The experiment results show that,compared with the traditional one-direction press method,the ceramic green samples prepared by using this mold are denser,and the ceramic shrinkage during firing is smaller.At the same time,it solves the problem of sample peeling and cracking when the blank is demolded.
