摘要 介绍了一款汽车车灯密封条热流道注塑模具的设计过程。首先通过分析零件的外形结构特征及生产要求,确定采用热流道中心直浇口和一模两腔的成型方案。然后运用Moldflow软件分析注塑过程中的各种成型缺陷,给模具设计提供科学的指导。在分型设计过程中,根据零件的斜率分析结果,模具设计了多处侧向抽芯机构。其中零件末端的斜孔特征与主分型面呈27°夹角,采用液压油缸抽芯机构,由程序独立控制配合注塑机开模动作。零件其余抽芯位置排列较为紧密,为了保证模具开模运动顺畅,部分滑块的滑槽采用了单侧压板结构。本套模具经实际生产验证,结构合理,零件成品率高。 The process of the hot-runner injection mold design for the headlight sealing strip was introduced.Firstly,the molding plan was confirmed,which includes the hot-runner center gate and one mold two cavities?by analyzing the part structure and the production requirements.Then Moldflow was used to simulate various molding defects during the injection process,and provide scientific guidance for mold design.According to the slope analysis results of the parts,the multiple side core-pulling mechanism was designed in the parting design process.The inclined hole feature at the end of the part had an angle of 27°with the main parting plane.The core-pulling mechanism of independent hydraulic cylinder was adopted?which was controlled by the program independently to cooperate with the opening action of the injection molding machine,The rest core-pulling positions of the parts were arranged closely.In order to ensure the smooth movement of the mold opening,some of the slider chute adopted the single side pressing plate.The reasonable structure has been verified by actual production,and the qualification rate is high.
