摘要
通过对汽车钢圈曲面打标原理的研究,从模具材料的选择,弹簧的选型,模具的定位方式,字模耐用性等方面进行设计,完成了一款成品钢圈轮辋曲面打标模具的设计开发。介绍了该模具在钢圈领域的创新性,以及其在无内胎轮辋生产过程中,对造成的呆滞产品的改标销售,不良产品进行返修、改标,对生产组织管理、车间管理起到的重要作用。
Through the research on the principle of marking the surface of steel wheel,via the selection of die material,spring selection,die positioning method,font durability,etc.,we complete the design of a rim curved surface marking die.And the innovative advantages are introduced,the sluggish and defective products in the production process are repaired.Our design plays an important role in production organization and workshop management.
