摘要
介绍了一种导轨形零件两侧同步翻边成形的模具结构。该模具结构能够一次性完成零件从平板料片到导轨形零件的加工。利用这种模具结构可以使翻边刀块在向下运动的过程中做一定弧度的旋转,从而在一序模具上完成零件成形加工内容,降低了模具的成本以及零件的生产成本,同时能够保证零件的加工精度。
This paper introduces a die structure for simultaneous flanging both sides of guide rail-shaped parts.The die structure can form guide rail-shaped parts from flat sheets in one stroke,using this kind of die structure,the flanging knife block can rotate in the process of downward movement,so all the processing contents of the part can be completed on the die,thus the cost of the die and parts can be reduced,and the precision of the parts can be guarateed at the same time.
