物料清洗装置控制系统设计

摘要 为解决现有物料清洗装置系统成本高且调试困难的不足之处,设计了一种基于CAN总线的伺服控制系统,对现有的物料清洗装置控制系统做了进一步的改进和优化,通过CANlink总线对IS620P系列伺服驱动器进行控制,实现对伺服电机的控制,进一步控制丝杠的运动来实现对设备的运动控制功能,该系统采用了PLC的步进指令及状态编程法来编程,并不断地对设备进行调试和改进PLC程序,最终完成了对该物料清洗装置控制系统的设计,实现了物料清洗装置的运动控制功能,具有一定的实用性。 In order to solve the existing material cleaning device system high cost and difficult debugging shortcomings, a servo control system based on CAN bus was designed, the existing material cleaning device control system was further improved and optimized, the IS620 P servo driver was controlled by CANlink bus, realized the control of the servo motor, the motion of the lead screw was further controlled to realize the motion control function of the equipment, the system used PLC step instruction and state programming method to program, and continue to debug the equipment and improve the PLC program. Finally the design of the control system of the material cleaning device was completed, the motion control function of material cleaning device was realized, which had certain practicability.
