摘要
随着科技的进步,机械手的应用可以大大提高生产效率、改善劳动条件、减轻劳动强度,从而实现自动控制。以在自动化生产线作业中广泛应用的机械手装配为典型任务,阐述了机械与电气的有机结合,实现机电一体化控制。根据控制要求,分析控制功能、制定总体设计方案、设计硬件结构以及各部分结构的功能、控制思路等。编写软件控制程序,在自动化生产线上模拟调试,最后进行触摸屏系统设计,实现了系统的可视性。通过综合联调满足控制要求,比较全面地呈现了机电一体化系统综合设计的过程。
With the progress of science and technology, the application of manipulator can greatly improve production efficiency, improve working conditions,reduce labor intensity, so as to achieve automatic control. Taking manipulator assembly, which was widely used in automatic production line operation, as a typical task, the organic combination of machinery and electricity was expounded, and the mechatronic control was realized. According to the control requirements, the control function was analyzed, the overall design scheme was formulated, the hardware structure was designed, and the functions and control ideas of each part of the structure were designed. The software control program was written to simulate debugging on the automatic production line. The touch screen system was designed to realize the visibility of the system. Through the integrated debugging to meet the control requirements, the comprehensive design process of mechatronics system was presented comprehensively.
