摘要 目前,行业内平面口罩生产设备种类繁多,但大多合格率低,连续运行稳定性差。设计了一种新型平面口罩全自动化生产线,整套设备由布卷上料模块、褶皱成型模块、鼻梁线上料模块、焊接模块、切片模块和耳带超声波焊接模块等6个部分组成,可满足生产口罩95~98个/min的技术指标要求,合格率达99%以上。重点分析了整条生产线关键技术的结构特点和工作原理,并提出了一套全自动控制系统设计方案。生产实践证明,整条平面口罩全自动化生产线生产成本低、生产稳定高效、调试运行方便和维护快速简单,具有较强的实际应用和推广价值。 There are many kinds of plane mask production equipment in the industry at present, but most of them have low qualification rate and poor continuous operation stability. A new type of automatic plane mask production line was designed. The whole set of equipment was composed of cloth roll feeding module, fold forming module, nose bridge feeding module, welding module, slicing module and ear band ultrasonic welding module. It can meet the technical index requirements of 95~98 pieces/min and more than 99% qualified rate. The structural characteristics and working principle of the key technologies of the whole production line were emphatically analyzed, and a set of automatic control system design scheme was put forward. The production practice shows that the whole automatic production line has the advantages of low production cost, stable and efficient production cost, stable and efficient production, convenient commissioning and operation, fast and simple maintenance, and has a strong practical application and popularization value.
