摘要
为解决自动扶梯梯级与围裙板安全间隙测量精度低、效率不高的问题,研制了一种具有数字显示功能的自动扶梯梯级与围裙板间隙测量的仪器。该仪器采用单片机采集应力传感器和应变传感器的数值信号,当应力传感器的数值达到最大值时,根据被测间隙和应力传感器、应变传感器之间的对应关系,得到被测间隙的数值,并且将数值直接显示在显示屏上,实现对梯级与围裙板之间间隙的测量。试验结果表明,仪器可以实现对梯级与围裙板间隙的测量,测量结果为夹人位置处的间隙值;测量结果直接显示在显示屏上,降低了劳动强度,测量精度暂时不能稳定达到0.1 mm范围内,还需要对仪器的软硬件进行优化。
In order to solve the problems of low precision and low efficiency in measuring the safety gap between escalator steps and apron board, a digital display instrument for measuring the safety gap between escalator steps and apron board was developed. A single chip microcomputer was used to collect the numerical signals of the stress sensor and strain sensor in the instrument. When the value of the stress sensor reaches the maximum value, the value of the measured gap is obtained according to the corresponding relationship between the measured gap and the stress sensor and strain sensor, and the value is directly displayed on the display screen to measure the gap between the step and the apron. The test results show that the instrument can realize the measurement of the gap between the ladder and the apron plate, and the measured result is the gap value at the clamping position. The measurement results are directly displayed on the display screen, reducing the labor intensity. The measurement accuracy cannot be stable within the range of 0.1 mm for the time being, so it is necessary to optimize the hardware and software of the instrument.
