摘要
分析变电站继保设备运维现状,从运维设备技术、需求、效益、继保设备风险状态、厂站风险状态和人员等6个维度构建了变电站保护远方控制能力评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法确定相关指标权重;然后,以运维设备性质为分级系数,构建变电站保护远方控制能力评价数学模型,评分结果用以指导制定差异化的保护远方控制策略;最后,通过厂站算例分析验证了评价方法的合理性与可行性。该评价方法可以挖掘变电站厂站基础的薄弱环节,对变电站提升以保护远方控制为代表的智能运维能力具有重要的指导作用。
The operation and maintenance status of substation relay protection equipment was analyzed, and the evaluation index system of substation protection remote control capability was constructed. The weight of relevant indexes was determined by analytic hierarchy process from six dimensions: operation and maintenance equipment technology, demand, benefit, relay protection equipment risk status, plant and station risk status and personnel. Then, taking the nature of operation and maintenance equipment as the classification coefficient, the mathematical model of substation protection remote control capability evaluation was constructed, and the scoring results were used to guide the formulation of differentiated protection remote control strategies. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation method were verified by the analysis of plant and station examples. The evaluation method can excavate the weak links of substation foundation, and plays an important guiding role in improving the intelligent operation and maintenance ability of substation represented by protection remote control.
