摘要
随着国民经济水平的提高,木制工艺品的市场需求越来越大,在传统工艺品行业引入数控车削加工可大大提高产品生产效率及产品质量,以满足日益增长得市场需求。但数控车削编程对技术能力要求较高,从事工艺品制作的从业人员往往难于胜任。研究二维图形输入、粗精车削刀轨生成算法,在C++bulider开发环境下编程实现上述算法,开发出小型车削CAD/CAM软件系统,大大简化了车削模型输入及加工程序生成过程,使得零基础人员可以快速实现车削程序的编制,并在实际应用中得以验证。
With the improvement of the national economic level, the market demand for wooden handicrafts is increasing. The introduction of NC lathe in the traditional handicrafts industry can greatly improve the product production efficiency and product quality to meet the growing market demand. However, NC turning programming requires high technical ability, and the employees engaged in handicrafts production are often incompetent. The algorithms of two-dimensional graphics input and rough and fine turning tool path generation were studied. The above algorithms were programmed in the C + + builder development environment, and the small turning CAD/CAM software system was developed. The input of turning model and the generation process of machining program are greatly simplified, so that zero basic personnel can quickly realize the preparation of turning program, which can be verified in practical application.
