摘要
真空电磁起动器由主电路、控制回路、电机综合保护器和阻容吸收电路等组成。电磁起动器的保护功能通过电动机综合保护器实现,其上集成了漏电闭锁、短路保护、过载保护、断相保护、过压欠压保护等,还提供了丰富的试验功能。结合实践经验,研究了起动器的各类保护和试验功能,并结合机械结构和控制回路的原理,给出了起动器故障排查的科学方法和典型故障的应对措施,对采煤配电设备故障排除和维修工作具有现实意义。
The vacuum electromagnetic starter is composed of main circuit,control circuit,motor comprehensive protector and resistance-capacitance absorption circuit. The protection function of the electromagnetic starter is realized by the motor comprehensive protector,which integrates leakage lock,short circuit protection,overload protection,phase break protection,over-voltage and under-voltage protection,and also provides a wealth of test functions. Combined with practical experience,various protection and test functions of the starter were studied. Combined with the principle of mechanical structure and control circuit,the scientific method of starter fault troubleshooting and countermeasures for typical faults were given. It is of practical significance to the troubleshooting and maintenance of coal mining power distribution equipment.
