摘要
通过工业试验研究定子骨架的焊接变形,目的是确定简便有效的定子骨架反变形控制量,制定详细的工业生产工艺。研究发现单个叶片底板预变形量为179.5°时,焊后翼板残余角变形小于0.02°,能满足定子骨架焊接技术要求。并确定了焊接工艺参数:焊接电流为240 A;焊接电压为22 V;焊接速度为35 cm/min;焊接方法采用多层焊接;焊接顺序采用十字对称焊接。此工艺不仅简单方便,而且能够减轻工人劳动强度,提高劳动效率,降低生产成本,且有利于大规模工业生产,实现工业化技术要求。
The welding deformation of stator frame was studied through industrial test. The purpose was to determine the simple and effective anti deformation control amount of stator frame and formulate detailed industrial production process. It is found that when the pre deformation of single blade bottom plate is 179. 5 °,the residual angular deformation of wing plate after welding is less than 0. 02°,which can meet the technical requirements of stator frame welding. The welding process parameters are determined:the welding current is 240 A;the welding voltage is 22 V;the welding speed is 35 cm/min;the welding method adopts multi-layer welding;the welding sequence adopts cross symmetric welding. The process is not only simple and convenient,but also can reduce workers′ labor intensity,improve labor efficiency,reduce production cost,and is conducive to large-scale industrial production and realize the technical requirements of industrialization.
