摘要
摆臂是摆锤设备非常重要的运动部件和承载结构,常规设计中对摆臂的计算较为简略,一般采用较为保守的方式设计结构,造成了一定的材料浪费,有时因为对摆臂受力认识不足,为结构设计埋下风险。在已详细分析摆锤运动过程的前提下,得到摆锤运动过程中精确的运动参数,以摆臂-转盘模型详细计算了运动过程中摆臂的受力。在已知外荷载、摆锤角位移、运动角速度与角加速度的情况下,计算各部分结构的转动惯量,通过刚体动力学分析,运用刚体的平面运动微分方程,先计算转盘对摆臂的荷载,再分析得到摆臂任一截面的荷载。由每一时刻的运动参数计算可得摆臂任一截面的荷载谱,为摆锤设备的安全校核提供了更准确的截面荷载,也可作为新设计的参考。
The pendulum arm is a very important moving part and load-bearing structure of the pendulum ride. The analysis of the arm in conventional design is relatively simple. The arm structure is designed more conservative usually,result in a certain amount of material waste. Sometimes the risk of structural design is laid down by insufficient understanding of the force on the arm. Under the premise of detailed analysis of the pendulum motion process,the accurate motion parameters of the pendulum motion process were obtained,and the force of the arm was calculated with the pendulum-turntable model during the motion was calculated in detail. With known external load,angular displacement of the pendulum,angular velocity and angular acceleration of the motion,the rotational inertia of each part of the structure was calculated,and the load of the turntable on the pendulum arm was first calculated by applying the differential equation of plane motion of the rigid body through rigid body dynamics analysis,and then the load of any section of the pendulum arm was analyzed. It provides a more accurate calculation method for the safety calibration of pendulum equipment,and can also be used as a reference for new designs,which provides more accurate calculation results for the safety calibration of the equipment and can also be used as a reference for the new design.
