摘要 随着中国社会经济的高速发展,生产能力日益提升,在保障生产效率的同时,应当注重对机械设备的维修保养。当前对于机械设备的维修方式存在年检、事后维保以及计划维修等方式,但其与当前机械设备安全可靠运行的现实需求还存在一定差距。为解决这一问题,提出状态维修技术,其能够减少停机时间、节约成本、延长设备使用寿命,是现代维修管理体系的重要组成部分。因此主要针对机械设备状态维修技术展开分析,通过阐述机械设备维修方式以及传统维修技术的缺陷,并提出实施状态维修的应用步骤,旨在为相关机械设备状态维修技术的应用提供借鉴和参考。 With the rapid development of China′s society and economy,the production capacity is increasing day by day. While ensuring the production efficiency,attention should be paid to the maintenance of mechanical equipment. At present,there are some maintenance methods for mechanical equipment,such as annual inspection,post-maintenance and planned maintenance,but there is still a gap between them and the current realistic demand for safe and reliable operation of mechanical equipment. In order to solve this problem,the state maintenance technology was put forward,which can reduce the downtime,save cost,prolong the service life of equipment,was an important part of modern maintenance management system. The status maintenance technology of mechanical equipment was analyzed,the maintenance mode of mechanical equipment and the defects of traditional maintenance technology were expounded,and the application steps of status maintenance were put forward to provide reference for the application of related status maintenance technology of mechanical equipment.
