摘要 针对触头弹簧断裂问题进行了深入调查、分析和研究,从触头弹簧制造过程追溯了产生问题的原因。对触头弹簧材料选择进行了对比分析、受力结构进行了理论计算、形状尺寸进行了校对核实;对触头弹簧热处理影响因素进行了重新整理;阐明了影响触头弹簧淬硬性和淬透性的关键因素,并对热处理过程中零件的核查验收、加热质量控制、淬火介质选择、回火质量控制等事项进行了归纳总结;给出了触头弹簧热处理的工艺参考数据,制定了触头弹簧的验证要求,并进行了检验验证。结果证明,触头弹簧的设计尺寸、力学性能、热处理硬度等符合设计要求,满足产品技术性能要求。 The fracture problem of contact spring was investigated,analyzed and studied deeply,and the cause of the problem was traced back from the manufacturing process of contact spring. The material selection of the contact spring was compared and analyzed,the mechanical structure was calculated theoretically,and the shape and size were checked and verified. The influencing factors of heat treatment of contact spring were rearranged. The key factors affecting the hardenability and hardenability of contact spring were expounded,and the verification and acceptance of parts,heating quality control,quenching medium selection,tempering quality control and other matters during heat treatment were summarized. The process reference data of heat treatment of contact spring were given,and the verification requirements of contact spring were formulated and verified. The results show that the design size,mechanical properties and hardness of the contact spring meet the design requirements and meet the technical performance requirements of the product.
