摘要
某电力公司不同风电场在同机型、同品牌的齿轮箱中使用的齿轮油分别为L1-320和L2-320两种品牌润滑油,由于两种品牌的齿轮油中极压-抗磨磷添加剂含量范围不同,通过使用Spectro油料光谱分析仪测试704个在用齿轮油的铁含量。采用磨损铁元素含量一元线性回归方程趋势线分析法、一段时间内铁元素增加量的可利用小时数磨损铁元素增加量趋势分析法两种统计分析方法进行统计分析,发现使用L 2-320Fe的齿轮箱磨损平均值是使用L 1-320Fe的1.49倍;使用L 2-320ΔQFe(铁元素增量/每100可利用小时数)的平均值是使用L 1-320ΔQFe的1.91倍。综合分析认为,L 1-320极压-抗磨性能优于L 2-320。
The gear oils used by different wind farms of a power company in the gearbox of the same model and brand are L1-320 and L2-320 respectively. Due to the different content range of extreme pressure anti-wear phosphorus additives in the gear oils of the two brands,the iron content of 704 gear oils in use was measured by Spectro oil spectrum analyzer. Two statistical analysis methods,one-dimensional linear regression equation trend line analysis of wear iron content and available hours of iron increase in a period of time were used for statistical analysis. The results show that the wear value of the gearbox using L2-320 Fe was 1. 49 times that using L1-320 Fe. The mean value of L2-320ΔQFe(iron increment/per 100 available hours)was 1. 91 times higher than that of L1-320ΔQFe.Comprehensive analysis shows that the extreme pressure-wear resistance of L1-320 is better than that of L2-320.
