摘要
为促进装配式建筑的产业升级和高质量发展,加快新型建筑工业化步伐,需要加强对装配式建筑施工的安全管理。BIM技术应用于建筑施工中能结合施工计划与建筑构件等基本信息建立四维模型,同时四维模型还能动态模拟施工过程,便于管理人员有效、全面的识别危险源,及时做好相应的安全管理措施与危险因素管理控制。
In order to promote the upgrading and high-quality development of the prefabricated building industry and accelerate the pace of industrialization of new buildings,it is even more necessary to strengthen the safety management of prefabricated building construction.BIM technology can be used in building construction to establish a four-dimensional model based on basic information such as construction plans and building components.At the same time,the four-dimensional model can also simulate the construction process dynamically,so that the management personnel can effectively and comprehensively identify the hazard sources,and timely do the corresponding safety management measures and risk factors management and control.
