摘要 一直以来,建筑施工都因管理方式粗放、能耗高、产能低被大众所诟病,提高管理的精细化水平、降低能耗、践行节能环保可持续发展理念成为改变建筑施工管理现状的首要任务,智慧工地的建设能够大大提高建筑施工的管理水平。文章介绍了智慧工地的概念和特点,以及基于智慧工地系统的关键技术,着重分析了“智慧工地”系统中实名制、视频监管、安全管理、物联监测等施工管理内容,助力提高建筑施工管理的信息化、科学化水平。 For a long time,building construction has been criticized by the public for its extensive management,high energy consumption and low production capacity.Improving the fine level of management,reducing energy consumption and practicing the concept of energy conservation,environmental protection and sustainable development have become the primary tasks to change the current situation of building construction management.The construction of smart site can greatly improve the management level of building construction.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of smart site,as well as the key technologies based on the smart site system,and focuses on the analysis of the construction management content of"smart site"system,such as real-name system,video supervision,safety management,Internet of things monitoring,so as to help improve the information and scientific level of construction management.
