浅谈“智慧工地”在施工管理中的应用

Briefly Discussion on the Application of“Smart Site”in Construction Management

智慧工地的应用促进了建筑业的发展,对施工质量和安全起到了非常重要的作用,在施工过程中有利于环境保护。针对施工现场面积广、人员多、材料设备分散、管理流程繁琐等特点,传统的手工检查、手工记录的方式已不能满足大型项目管理的要求。实践证明,在现场施工中,信息化有利于“智慧工地”的建设,不仅可以提高项目管理水平,还可以实现科学的施工管理,提高企业的社会经济效益。文章将对“智慧工地”在施工管理中的具体应用进行分析探讨。

The application of smart site promotes the development of the construction industry,plays a very important role in construction quality and safety,and is conducive to environmental protection in the construction process.Due to the characteristics of large construction site area,large number of personnel,scattered materials and equipment,and cumbersome management process,the traditional manual inspection and manual recording can not meet the requirements of large-scale project management.The practice has proved that in on-site construction,informatization is conducive to the construction of"smart site",which can not only improve the level of project management,but also realize scientific construction management and improve the social and economic benefits of enterprises.This paper will analyze and discuss the specific application of"smart site"in construction management.
