“医养结合的立体院落”——以马鞍山江东颐养中心设计项目为例

“Stereoscopic Courtyard of Integrated Eldercare Services with Medical Care”-Taking Maanshan Jiangdong Yiyang Center Design Project for Example

本文以马鞍山江东颐养中心实际项目为例,对该项目的规划及建筑单体设计进行分析;项目结合当前的“医养结合”的养老模式,充分考虑场地及周边现状,合理打造建筑内外部的功能空间,以“立体院落”及“家的缩影”为设计构思理念,通过合理的尺度控制及开合变化创造丰富的立体聚落形态,给养老人群营造一种“家”的感觉。

This paper takes the project of Maanshan Jiangdong Yiyang Center as an example to analyze the planning of this project and the design of the single building;the project combines the current“Integrated Eldercare Services with Medical Care”elderly care model,fully considers the current situation of the site and surroundings,and rationally builds the interior and exterior functional space of the building.Based on the design concept of“Stereoscopic Courtyard”and“Home Epitome”,a comprehensive stereoscopic settlement form is created through reasonable scale control and switching changes,so as to create a feeling of“home”for the elderly.
