摘要
随着社会的不断发展,建筑行业已进入了一个高速发展的阶段,材料成本及人工成本地不断上涨,行业内竞争地不断加剧,导致很多施工企业的利润率不断地下滑,这时,对工程施工中的过程控制就显得尤为重要。建筑施工工程进度控制是工程建设的重点内容,其也是建筑施工中需要实现的主要目标之一。通过科学合理的方法来管理工程施工,控制其进度,可以确保工程建设按期完成。施工进度通过在工程各个施工阶段的有效管控,如合理调配资源,能有效提高施工效率,节约施工时间,从而缩短施工周期,实现对工程建设进度的控制。本文从工程进度控制的基本原理和影响因素基础上,分析工程控制的主要方法和控制进度方案编制的基本原则,从而为工程建设进度控制提供参考。
With the continuous development of society,the construction industry has entered a stage of rapid development.Material costs and labor costs continuously rise,and competition within the industry also continuously intensifies,resulting in continuously declining profit margins of many construction companies.The schedule control during construction is particularly important.Construction project schedule control is the key topic of project construction,and it is also one of the main goals that need to be achieved during construction.Using scientific and reasonable methods to manage the construction of the project and control its schedule can ensure that the construction of the project is completed on schedule.The construction schedule can effectively improve construction efficiency and save construction time through effective management and control in each construction stage of the project,such as the rational allocation of resources,thereby shortening the construction period and realizing the control of the construction schedule.Based on the basic principles and influencing factors of project schedule control,this paper analyzes the main methods of project control and the basic principles of control schedule preparation,so as to provide references for project construction schedule control.
