This is the era of modern science and technology,so all areas of social life can be authorized through the integration of technology.In addition,since the present computer technology is one of the most important science and technology,its development and application have affected the development of all fields in society.This shows that appropriate digital modeling technology is also used for rapid development and promotion of social production,and has achieved good results.Therefore,its application,especially in electromechanical installation project,plays an important role.Since BIM technology can be applied to the design management of building electromechanical projects to create corresponding models,which can be operated under the guidance of the models,it is very useful for improving site efficiency.Therefore,this article combines the experience summary method to study the main characteristics of BIM technology and the application of BIM technology in building electromechanical installation project,hoping to provide assistance for practical work of relevant personnel in the future.
