摘要
目的探讨仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床效果。方法2019年1月至12月选取广州医科大学第六附属医院92例薄型子宫内膜患者,并随机分为对照组、观察组,每组46例。对照组给予雌激素序贯治疗,观察组给予雌激素序贯治疗联合仿生物电刺激治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉血流阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI),并记录子宫内膜厚度≥7 mm的比例、妊娠率和流产率。结果治疗后,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度大于对照组[(7.0±1.2)mm与(5.7±1.1)mm,t=3.281,P<0.05];治疗后,观察组与对照组患者RI[(0.46±0.03)与(0.50±0.04),t=2.549,P<0.05]、PI[(0.65±0.04)与(0.69±0.06),t=3.019,P<0.05]相比,观察组均低于对照组;治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度≥7 mm的比例为72%,高于对照组的41%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.669,P<0.01);追踪2组患者妊娠结局显示,观察组妊娠率、流产率分别为35%、0,对照组妊娠率、流产率分别为15%、11%,二者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仿生物电刺激在薄型子宫内膜中的应用效果显著,可有效改善子宫内膜血流灌注,促进子宫内膜生长,值得临床实践应用。
Objective To explore the application of biomimetic electrical stimulation in thin endometrium.Methods A total of 92 patients with thin endometrium admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The patients in control group were given estrogen sequential therapy,and the ones in observation group were given estrogen sequential therapy combined with bionic electrical stimulation.Endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow arterial resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the proportion of patients with endometrial thickness≥7 mm,pregnancy rate and abortion rate were recorded.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of patients in observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group[(7.0±1.2)mm vs(5.7±1.1)mm,t=3.281,P<0.05].After treatment,RI[(0.46±0.03)vs(0.50±0.04),t=2.549,P<0.05],PI[(0.65±0.04)vs(0.69±0.06),t=3.019,P<0.05]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of patients with endometrial thickness≥7 mm in the observation group was 72%,which was higher than 41%in the control group(χ2=8.669,P<0.01).The pregnancy rate and abortion rate in observation group were 35%and 0,while the pregnancy rate and abortion rate in the control group were 15%and 11%,and the differences of these indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bionic electrical stimulation in thin endometrium has significant effect,which can effectively improve endometrial blood flow perfusion and promote endometrial growth.It is worthy of clinical application.
