基于Defloor概念框架探讨经皮氧分压监测在预测手术获得性压力性损伤发生风险中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 手术患者是压力性损伤发生的高危人群。国内研究显示,23%的院内压疮与手术有关;手术获得性压力性损伤(IAPI)发生率为5.0%~53.4%。有效识别高危人群并及时干预是预防IAPI的重要途径。以Defloor提出的压力性损伤发生机制理论模型为依据,针对影响压力性损伤发生的压力、剪切力、组织对压力的耐受性以及对缺氧的耐受性4个关键因素,结合经皮氧分压(TcPO2)监测原理、技术及应用现状等,探讨TcPO2在预测IAPI发生风险中的应用前景,为术后及时甄别高危人群的筛查提供客观、可靠的测量工具及评价指标。 Surgical patients are at high risk of pressure injury.Domestic studies show that 23%of hospital pressure injuries are related to surgery.The incidence of surgically acquired pressure injury(IAPI)was 5.0%~53.4%.Effective identification of high-risk population and timely intervention is an important way to prevent IAPI.Based on the theoretical model of the mechanism of pressure injury proposed by Defloor,aiming at the four key factors affecting the occurrence of pressure injury:pressure,shear force,tissue tolerance to pressure and tolerance to hypoxia,combined with the principle of transcutaneous oxygen(TcPO2)technology,application status,we explore the application of TcPO2 monitoring in predicting the risk of IAPI,which provided objective and reliable measurement tools and evaluation indicators for timely screening of high-risk groups after operation.
