摘要
为发挥彩色金相制备工艺技术优势,提高组织鉴定的准确率,分析了高铁用钢彩色金相制备方法,形成稳定的制备工艺,选择恰当的侵蚀剂,制订合理的侵蚀工艺,形成特定光学性质和厚度干涉膜,制备出了高铁用钢典型热处理组织的彩色金相图谱,对于高铁用钢热处理工艺质量分析与控制具有很高的实用价值。
In order to play the advantages of the preparation of color metallography,improve the accurate rate of organization identification,we analyze the preparation method of color metallography of steel for high-speed railway,form stable preparation technology,select proper aggressive agent,formulate rational erosion technology,form characteristic optical properties and thickness interference film,and prepare the color metallography graph of thermal treatment organization of steel for high-speed railway.This has very significant practical value for the quality analysis and control of thermal treatment of steel for high-speed railway.
