摘要
针对茶叶或提取物在改善2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血糖方面存在的争议,采用系统评价方法分析茶叶或提取物对T2DM患者空腹血糖(FPG)和糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的影响。利用计算机在PubMed、EMBase、The Cochrane Library英文数据库和万方数据库、CNKI中国知网、维普网(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)中检索关于茶叶或提取物改善T2DM患者血糖的RCT。检索时间截至2020年5月5日。采用Stata和RevMan软件进行综合分析。采用Cochrane系统进行纳入研究的质量评价。共纳入15篇文献,其中12篇报道了茶叶或提取物对FPG的影响,13篇文献报道了其对HbA1c的影响。Meta分析结果表明,茶叶或提取物对降低T2DM患者的FPG和HbA1c有显著影响。另外,基于干预剂量(≤800,>800 mg/d)和干预时间(<12,≥12周)的亚组分析显示,不论干预剂量多少或干预时间长短,FPG和HbA1c水平的下降仍然具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明补充茶叶或提取物可以降低T2DM患者的FPG和HbA1c水平。
According to the disputes of the improvement effect of tea or extract on glycemic control in patients with T2DM,the systematic evaluation method is used to analyze the effect of tea or extract on FPG and HbA1c in patients with T2DM.RCT about the improvement effect of tea or extract on glycemic control in patients with T2DM is researched with English database,such as PubMed,EMBase and The Cochrane Library,and Chinese database,such as Wanfang,CNKI,VIP and CBM till May 5,2020.The retrieval time is up to May 5,2020.Stata and Revman software were used for comprehensive analysis.Cochrane system was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies.A total of 15 articles were included,of which 12 reported the effects of tea or extract on FPG,and 13 reported the effects on HbA1c.The results of meta-analysis showed that tea or extract could significantly reduce FPG and HbA1c in patients with T2DM.In addition,subgroup analysis based on intervention dose(≤800,>800 mg/D)and intervention time(<12,≥12 weeks)showed that there was still significant difference in the decrease of FPG and HbA1c levels regardless of intervention dose or intervention time(P<0.01).Tea or extract supplementation can reduce FPG and HbA1c levels in T2DM patients.
