摘要
评价新型生物陶瓷(iRoot BP Plus)和三氧矿化物凝聚体(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)用于成熟恒牙活髓切断术的临床治疗效果。选择不可复性牙髓炎的成熟恒牙90颗,随机分为A组和B组。A组采用iRoot BP Plus盖髓行活髓切断术,B组采用MTA盖髓行活髓切断术,随访观察并比较术后1、3、6、12个月后两种材料的临床疗效。术后1个月,两组的成功率均为100%;术后3个月,A组的成功率为88.9%,B组的成功率为86.7%;术后6个月和12个月A组的成功率为88.9%,B组成功率为84.4%。两组的成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与B组比较,A组的就诊次数更少,操作更简便。A组所有患牙均没有变色,而B组所有患牙均发生变色。iRoot BP Plus和MTA两种材料用于成熟恒牙活髓切断术的成功率均较高,且差异不显著,均适合做成熟恒牙的活髓保存治疗。但iRoot BP Plus不会导致牙齿变色,在美观方面显著优于MTA,临床操作简便。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of bioceramic(iRoot BP Plus)and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)applied in pulpotomy for mature permanent teeth.90 mature permanent teeth with irreversible pulpitis were included.The teeth were randomly divided into group A and B(n=45).In group A and B,the section of dental pulp tissue in pulpotomy was capping with iRoot BP Plus and MTA respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two materials were compared between the two groups 1 month,3,6 and 12 months after operation respectively.After 1 month,the success rate of the group A and the group B was 100%.After 3 months,the success rates of the two groups were 88.9%and 86.7%respectively.After 6 months and 12 months,the success rates of the group A and the group B were 88.9%and 84.4%respectively.There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The group of iRoot BP Plus had fewer visits than the group of MTA,and the operation was easier.Discoloration occurred in all teeth in the group of MTA,while no discoloration occurred in the group of iRoot BP Plus.The two materials of iRoot BP Plus and MTA had a higher success rate in the pulpotomy of mature permanent teeth,and there was no significant difference between them.Both of them can be used for vital pulp therapy of mature permanent teeth.However,iRoot BP Plus is characterized by better clinical processability and ability to avoid tooth discoloration of permanent teeth,which is significantly better than MTA in aesthetics aspect,and the clinical operation is easy.
