活血消肿汤对骨折术后肿胀患者的治疗效果研究

Research of Treatment Effect of Huoxue Detumescence Soup on Patient with Swelling After Fracture Surgery

分析活血消肿汤治疗骨折术后肿胀患者的临床效果。选取40例骨折手术患者,根据患者术后干预措施的不同将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各20例。对照组患者术后给予西药干预,观察组患者术后在西药干预的基础上加用活血消肿汤,比较两组患者术后肿胀症状的缓解情况和干预前后中医症状积分以及VAS的评分变化情况。结果表明:观察组患者术后肿胀症状的缓解效果显著好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预前后中医症状积分以及VAS评分幅度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),说明活血消肿汤能够有效改善骨折手术患者的肢体肿胀程度,减轻患者术后的疼痛程度。

The research analyzes the clinical effect of Huoxue Detumescence Soup on patient with swelling after fracture surgery.40 patients under fracture surgery are selected,and they are divided into observation group and control group according to different intervention measures after surgery,with 20 patients in each group.Control group receive western medicine intervention,and observation group receive Huoxue Detumescence Soup based on western medicine intervention.Relief situation of swelling symptom,and changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and VAS scores of patients after operation of two groups are compared.The results show that the effect of swelling relief of observation group is significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Change ranges of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and VAS scores before and after intervention of observation group are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Huoxue Detumescence Soup can effectively improve the swelling of patients after fracture surgery,and relieve their pain degree after operation.
