不合理使用抗菌药物的相关因素及干预措施分析

Analysis of Correlative Factors of Irrational Use of Antibacterial Agents and Intervention Measures

分析临床抗菌药物不合理使用的相关因素并制定针对性干预措施。选择100例患者为对照组,选择100例患者为观察组,统计两组患者的不合理用药情况、治疗费用。观察组的不合理用药率占11.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。观察组的抗菌药物治疗费用(430.21±84.02元)、治疗总费用(7932.14±321.42元)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。医生、药师、患者、医院管理者等均可导致抗菌药物使用不合理,采取针对性干预是提高抗菌药物合理使用的关键措施。

The research analyzes correlative factors of irrational use of antibacterial agents and intervention measures.There are 100 patients in control group and observation group,respectively.Irrational medicine usage and treatment expense of two groups are statistically analyzed.Irrational medicine usage of observation group accounts for 11.00%,which is lower than 40.00%in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Treatment expense of antibacterial agents of observation group is(430.21±84.02),total treatment expense is(7932.14±321.42),which are significantly lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Doctors,pharmacists,doctors,and managers,etc all can lead to the irrational use of antibacterial agents.Adopting targeted intervention can improve key measures of antibacterial agents.
