长漳堤除险加固工程平板闸门水力特性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以长漳堤除险加固工程的主要组成部分--万洲电排站为例进行其平板闸门水力特性试验分析,具体包括流速较大情况下门槽区水流空化特性、闸门启闭时门槽水力变化特性、闸门后实际掺气效果等方面。试验结果表明,电排站平板闸门在水头较高工况下不存在水流空化现象,且错台高度控制在设计范围内时闸门安全运行有保障,在闭门过程中,闸门连接杆先承受拉应力后承受压应力,并据此进行闸门启闭力容量的选择。 Take the main component of the Changzhang Dike Reinforcement ProjectWanzhou Electric Drainage Station as an example to carry out the test analysis of the hydraulic characteristics of the slab gate,including the cavitation characteristics of the water flow in the gate groove area under the condition of high flow rate,and the gate groove when the gate is opened and closed.The characteristics of hydraulic changes,the actual aeration effect behind the gate,etc.The test results show that there is no flow cavitation in the flat gate of the electric drainage station under high water head conditions,and the safe operation of the gate is guaranteed when the height of the staggered platform is controlled within the design range.During the closing process,the gate connecting rod will bear After the tensile stress,the compressive stress is taken,and the gate opening and closing force capacity is selected accordingly.
